A collapsed building, an open DOB audit, and a lot they were told would be difficult to build on. We took the job, cleared the problems, and put up a new building from the ground up.

What we walked into
- A partially collapsed structure that had to come down safely, mid-block, with neighbors on both sides.
- Open NYC Department of Buildings audit issues carried over from the previous work.
- A site that needed every code and safety requirement re-established from scratch.
What we did
- Executed a controlled demolition of the collapsed structure.
- Resolved the outstanding DOB audit problems and got the filings clean.
- Built a new 4-story, 8-unit residential building from the ground up.
- Maintained full code and safety compliance from demolition through sign-off.
